Logistics Coordinator

📍 Culpeper Medical Center | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

$18/hr | START ASAP

Join a dynamic healthcare team supporting the day-to-day operations of Culpeper Medical Center. We're seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Healthcare Logistics Coordinator to help organize, label, track, and distribute medical supplies throughout the facility. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in healthcare operations, inventory management, or logistics.

What You'll Do

• Identify, organize, and label medical supplies, equipment, and inventory using designated labeling software.
• Support hospital departments by ensuring supplies are accurately stocked and placed in the correct patient care areas.
• Assist with moving inventory, materials, and supply boxes throughout the facility.
• Maintain accurate data entry and inventory records within internal systems.
• Work closely with managers and team leads to support ongoing system updates and operational improvements.
• Adapt to changing priorities and assist with special projects as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office, and data-entry systems.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to support different hospital locations if needed.
• Previous inventory, warehouse, logistics, retail, or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Culpeper, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
