Could you be the full-time Logistic Associate in Bangalore we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your supply chain and finance expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside proactive and collaborative teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring vendor management excellence and driving key metrics across global sites. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (e.g., Site Logistics, Sourcing, Finance Shared Services, and Procurement), manage vendor payments and reconciliations, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of governance processes for supplier payment escalations and invoice accounting, but also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and provide solutions for invoice closures.
We’ll look to you for:
Driving governance processes for weekly challenges with sites and suppliers
Ensuring on-time invoice submission, vendor reconciliation, and payments
Collaborating with internal and external networks to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Managing purchase orders (POs) and service entry (SRN) processes
Validating freight invoices and adhering to established processes
Performing root cause analyses (RCA) and problem-solving initiatives
Utilising tools like SAP and MS Excel to identify and resolve data anomalies
Generating and sharing MIS reports with stakeholders

Degree from a recognised university
5-7+ years of experience in supply chain and finance processes
Experience with vendor management and problem-solving in a front-facing role
Proficiency in SAP, SAP ARIBA, and MS Excel (e.g., V-Lookup for data comparison)
Knowledge of PO management, service entry processes, and freight invoice validation
Strong collaboration and communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and resolve anomalies in data
Familiarity with financial transactions, invoice handling, and reconciliation
