Logistics CoordinatorWhat We Are Looking For

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Logistics Coordinator to oversee import, export, and domestic logistics operations across Mexico. This individual will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, cost optimization, and team development while serving as a trusted partner to Supply Chain, Customer Service, Procurement, and commercial stakeholders.

What Your Day Will Look Like

  • Lead and supervise a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management.
  • Coordinate import, export, and domestic transportation activities to ensure on-time and compliant deliveries.
  • Monitor logistics KPIs, analyze trends, and communicate performance results to stakeholders across the organization.
  • Manage customs documentation and ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
  • Collaborate with carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, customer service, planning, and procurement teams.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, service, and cost optimization.
  • Resolve logistics escalations, shipment delays, customs issues, and other operational challenges.
  • Support reporting activities through ERP systems and advanced Excel-based analysis.
