  During the Southern Hemisphere import season (approximately October to January), assist in monitoring the quality of imported fruit, primarily from South Africa and Peru.

  Participate in planned travel assignments to Europe and/or the UK to conduct quality inspections, verify handling practices, and support alignment between source and destination quality assessments.
• 
  Provide detailed market feedback to support commercial, operational, and technical decision-making.

Requirements

• 
  Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, fresh produce exports, or a related operational environment.
• 
  Experience working with growers, packhouses, transport providers, or logistics partners.
• 
  Strong understanding of export logistics, road transport operations, customs processes, and EU/UK border requirements.
• 
  Experience managing packing lists, export documentation, and shipment coordination activities.
• 
  Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

• 
  Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• 
  Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with growers, transport providers, and internal teams.
• 
  A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to identify and resolve issues before they impact operations.
• 
  Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple priorities during peak trading periods.
• 
  Strong coordination, planning, and follow-up capabilities to ensure smooth execution across the supply chain.

  Fluency in Arabic and Darija is essential.

  Strong English communication skills are required.
