As a Linen Operations Associate, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by managing customer requests, supporting live logistics, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining service excellence for our business clients.

What You'll Do

Logistics Operations

  • Monitor live delivery operations to ensure orders are completed efficiently and on time.
  • Support drivers in real time through calls, chat, and internal communication platforms.
  • Optimise delivery routes to maximise operational efficiency.
  • Proactively resolve delivery issues including delays, routing challenges, and operational escalations.

B2B Customer Support

  • Provide prompt and professional chat support to business customers across the UK.
  • Resolve operational queries while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant internal teams including Operations, Inventory, and Finance.
  • Ensure timely updates and clear communication throughout the resolution process.

Order Management

  • Review and process customer orders accurately.
  • Verify order details including quantities, collection and delivery addresses, and time slots.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment.
  • Monitor order progress and resolve operational exceptions where required.

Driver & Operations Support

  • Handle driver enquiries relating to scheduling, payments, operational issues, and general support.
  • Maintain accurate records of driver interactions and follow up on outstanding issues.
  • Help ensure sufficient driver availability to meet customer demand.

Continuous Improvement

  • Support operational improvement projects and process optimisation initiatives.
  • Monitor key operational KPIs and identify potential service bottlenecks.
  • Maintain internal documentation and operational knowledge bases.
  • Collaborate closely with teams across the UK to deliver high service standards.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 2+ years of experience in Operations, Logistics, Customer Support, Technical Support, or Supply Chain.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Comfortable working rotational shifts, including night shifts.
  • Experience using email and live chat support platforms.
  • Good working knowledge of Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
  • A proactive, customer-focused, and solution-oriented mindset.

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting international customers, particularly UK or European markets.
  • Previous experience in logistics, last-mile delivery, operations, or startup environments.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and live operations platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.

Work Schedule

  • Office-based role
  • 9-hour shift (8 working hours + 1-hour break)
  • 5-day work week
  • Two rotational week-offs
  • Rotational shifts, including nights
