Supply Chain Control Tower EMEA is looking for a Logistics Coordinator For this position, you will be taking on the responsibility for the Transport Planning and Execution for PM/AM plants in EMEA Region.Reporting to the Outbound Team Leader, you will be working on multiple markets in Europe and the rest of the world. You will be responsible for transportation planning, to drive and implement improvements in operations such as service level, cost and high quality-delivery.This position can be based at the following locations:

Gornji Milanovac, Serbia

Izmir, Turkey

What you will do

As a logistics coordinator you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating the daily planning and execution processes within transport cycle:
  1. Load & Dispatch planning;
  2. Freight Offer & Scheduling;
  3. Yard and Load Management checking;
  4. Tracking (visibility) and Exception Management.
  • Ensure optimal transport flows from suppliers and deliveries to customer.
  • Resolve issues and exceptions that might arise with transportation managed by Tetra Pak with local warehouse, customer services and transportation companies
  • Ensure track and trace execution within expected service level, by monitoring visibility accuracy, information consistency.
  • Investigate on operational failures, cost losses, propose solutions and lead task teams for improvements.
  • Manage transportation in the region, working with Warehouse, Planning and Customer Service areas to secure logistics high quality of service towards customers, incl. perfect order and technical issues management / loss intelligence analysis / improvements.

We believe you have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Commerce, Industrial Engineer or equivalent.
  • This position also requires fluency in English both written and oral.
  • Analytical, inquiring mindset, with good stakeholder management, communication and planning skills are essential for the role.
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge in SAP is a plus.
  • Experience leading Transport Operations in Europe, in all kinds of transport is a plus.
  • Experience in Supply Chain area is a plus.
