We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator for our First Quality Consumer Products company located in McElhattan, PA. This position will be responsible for organizing all data, documentation and maintenance for First Quality’s carrier partner network providing the execution team the necessary support they need to be successful. Initiate proactive analysis related to carrier performance to make sure that we are servicing our customers at the highest level.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Administer new carrier setup process.

  • Coordinator and maintain all carrier documentation including, but not limited to; CDA, MSA, rate tables, accessorial contracts, etc.

  • Maintain all master data for SAP TMS application. · Perform rate loading activities related to TMS application.

  • Perform new rate proposal analytics supporting the Logistics Supervisor.

  • Develop carrier scorecards and standard review template.

  • Coordinate carrier reviews based on engagement and service levels.

  • Analyze carrier tender rejections for trends and alternative sourcing opportunities.

  • Analyze problem service lanes/carriers and provide suggestions to Logistics Supervisor.

  • Develop Planner scorecard and review process with focus on: Service, Routing Guide compliance, Transactional activity and balance across planners, and Value-stream opportunities

  • Collect data and provide information and detailed analytical support for project related functions.

  • Backup to the transportation coordinators.

  • Monitor and own the KPI tracking and analysis process.

  • Develop continual improvement cost containment opportunities for the supply chain.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • BS Degree in Business Logistics, MIS or related field a plus.

  • 1 - 3 years’ experience with supply chain analytics.

  • Demonstrate competence with Windows and Microsoft Suite. Show advanced skill levels with Excel and Access. Comfortable with presenting information to senior management.

  • Working knowledge of software and its impact on internal/external customers.

  • Experience with SAP and transportation management system data a plus

  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding customer commitments.

  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented individual with strong data management and analytical skills.

  • Strong analytical background and systems processing with databases.

  • Good oral and written communication skills, computer skills, reasoning and mathematical skills.
