SALARY: Starting pay rate at $23.83/hour, plus one hour of daily overtime paid at 1.5x the regular rate. Starting pay may vary based on experience.

We are looking for someone to join as a Logistics Coordinator at the Oklahoma City Lid Plant. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and supports cross-functional teams. As a key part of plant operations, this position focuses on inventory management, scheduling, and logistics coordination, while requiring strong computer proficiency and communication skills to ensure efficient and accurate execution of daily processes.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee daily inventory levels for raw materials, packaging materials, and scrap
Track and manage consumption of raw materials and packaging supplies
Perform monthly physical inventory counts of raw materials, finished goods, and work-in-process
Utilize SAP / Excel to create shipping documents, purchase requisitions, and run inventory reports
Coordinate delivery schedules for inbound materials and supplies
Schedule incoming raw material shipments with suppliers
Arrange scrap removal and recycling pickups with external vendors and warehouses
Process customer returns and ensure proper documentation and handling
Manage reusable packaging (dunnage) receipts and transfers
Provide production support materials and documentation to plant teams
Maintain accurate filing and organization of all logistics documentation
Ensure proper retention and distribution of required logistics records
Develop, update, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to logistics
Responsible for writing & updating SOP’s that pertain to logistics
Support logistics initiatives aligned with company strategy
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or GED required
Proficiency in computer systems, including experience with Excel and SAP or the ability to learn
Demonstrated leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, including use of structured methodologies such as 5-Why
Self-motivated with a strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement (including practices such as 5S, OPLs, OWDs, and SOPs)
Ability to organize, plan, and manage multiple priorities effectively
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proven reliability, with flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
Experience working in team-based environments and supporting continuous improvement initiatives is preferred
Active participation in team initiatives and collaboration efforts
Ability to follow and support company policies, procedures, and operational standards
Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
Ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs as required
