Job Description

The primary focus of the Warehouse Logistics Coordinator support Carrier’s partnership with the Replacement Components 3PL in Chattanooga, TN, specifically in the areas of Operations and Quality. This position is onsite in a warehouse/operations environment, reports to Carrier’s onsite Supervisor and has primary responsibility for ensuring compliance with Company standards for managing receiving exceptions, quality assurance, packaging and nuclear lab functions.

Responsibilities include:

• Analyze and resolve issues with Supplier receipt exceptions
• Drive corrective actions with Suppliers to reduce future exceptions
• Oversee the receipt exception database, processes, and areas
• Work with Receiving team on receipt exception verification
• Quality Assurance/Quality Control special investigations/audits
• Management of Vendor/Packaging specifications
• Determine and verify packaging and labeling assignment
• Serve as back up for testing and approvals in Nuclear lab
• Packaging Assessment App data evaluation and reporting
• Assist with various projects

Basic Qualifications:

• HS Diploma or GED
• 4+ Years experience in administration/coordination in Logistics, Shipping/Receiving with exposure in Quality & Inventory administration

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technical curriculum
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Analytical ability
• Ability to prioritize obligations and work independently in a fast paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated detail orientation
• Superior follow-up and follow-through skills
