Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring supply chain operations to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.

• Ensure timely delivery of goods and materials

• Track and analyze shipment data

• Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customers

• Resolve any issues or delays in the supply chain

• Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency

• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and reports

• Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer requirements

• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations

The ideal candidate for this position will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. Experience in logistics or supply chain management is preferred.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.

2. Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation coordination.

3. Strong knowledge of shipping procedures and inventory management.

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software/ERP systems.

5. Excellent communication and organizational skills.

6. Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

7. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
