Job Description
The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for the physical execution and end-to-end coordination of Dermorepubliq’s PR kit fulfillment and event logistics operations. This role handles the hands-on management of packing, inventory, samples, and event ingress/egress — ensuring that all materials are prepared, transported, and set up accurately, on time, and to brand standards.
This is a physically active, ground-level operations role that requires strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the willingness to be fully present during events, deliveries, and activation days. The role currently covers both PR and event logistics, with the expectation that as the team scales, it will evolve into a more specialized function focused on either PR fulfillment or events.
The Logistics Coordinator may be required to report daily and station at the San Roque warehouse or other locations depending on event schedules, deliveries, and operational needs.
