Move to Improve and Keep Operations Moving
At DOF Subsea, our success depends on more than vessels and equipment — it depends on the people behind the scenes who make sure everything is exactly where it needs to be, when it needs to be there. Our projects rely on precision, planning, and teamwork across departments and borders. That’s where you come in.
We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our Procurement team in Houston, Texas This is a full-time, on-site position based in our Houston office, supporting both office and warehouse operations.
In this role, you will be at the center of our logistics operations, coordinating domestic and international shipments that directly support offshore projects and vessel operations. You’ll work closely with freight forwarders, customs brokers, vendors, offshore personnel, and multiple internal departments to ensure equipment, materials, and documentation move efficiently and in full compliance with global trade regulations.
The Logistics Coordinator plays a crucial role in keeping our supply chain running smoothly by preparing and reviewing shipping documentation, monitoring shipments for timely delivery, maintaining accurate shipment logs, and resolving issues that arise in the shipping process. You will also contribute to improving logistics efficiency, minimizing delays, reducing costs, and ensuring our operations meet the highest safety, environmental, and compliance standards.
We are looking for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working across teams. Someone who understands that strong logistics isn’t just about moving items — it’s about enabling operations to happen safely, efficiently, and on time.
Join us as our new Logistics Coordinator and be part of a team that keeps DOF moving forward, both onshore and offshore.
