About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at the Retail Support Centre (RSC) based in St KildaReporting to the Head of Logistics, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our products move seamlessly from suppliers to stores across Australia and New Zealand. This is a part-time role working 20 hours per week, ideally spread across four days, ie. Monday - Thursday.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate with suppliers to meet ex-factory shipping dates
• Liaise with freight forwarders and local agents to manage international and domestic freight
• Negotiate shipping schedules and details
• Ensure timely dispatch of stock to stores
• Expedite deliveries to meet planned timelines
• Prepare templates with style numbers and product information
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including buyers, logistics coordinators and store teams
Skills & Experience
• 1–2 years’ experience in logistics or shipping coordination (apparel industry experience highly regarded)
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Intermediate Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with a commitment to accuracy
• Understanding of safe work practices and compliance requirements
