Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Maintain and develop a computerized database tracking the current status, reconditioning and disbursement of equipment.
2. Facilitate the shipping of products from one destination to another
3. Arrange transportation, schedule staff, and orchestrate deliveries to meet customer demand with little to no delay
4. Receives products and coordinates delivery
5. Prepares loads for shipment
6. Takes steps to avoid quality control issues
7. Makes sure warehouse capacity is kept at optimal levels
8. Manages activities throughout the order fulfillment and transportation cycle to make sure established deadlines are met
9. Oversees inventory of goods and vehicles
10. Continually reviews freight costs, transportation rates, and/or the prices of raw materials to keep costs down where possible
11. Streamlines shipping and transportation processes

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent. Associate's degree preferred but not required
• Experience in logistics management preferred
• Minimum of two (2) year's Warehouse work experience
• Flexibility to work shifts in a 24/7/365 environment, including weekends, nights, and holidays based on business needs
