
Main Purpose of the Role:
Ensure highest quality data integrity as systems are updated, constant clear communication regarding Cold treatment to all parties. Facilitate all operations, analytics, and support for the cold treatment process.
Support process improvement initiatives across the logistics and Special equipment (reefer) organization to deliver business benefits. Assist in the development of multiple projects and play a key role in influencing change within and across business units. Communication and liaison with staff at all levels throughout the organization to influence desired improvement outcomes is a key requirement for the role.
Major areas of responsibility:
Oversee all Cold Treatment for the United States and coordinate customer responses with the import team. Coordinates downloads of data files with vessel and Arrowspot for third party vendor to upload to the portal. Ensure data files are uploaded by third party vendor prior to vessel arrival. Ensures any boxes that need to retreat are moved off terminal immediately. Updates all reports daily with the status of the Cold Treatment stage and troubleshoots any issues that arise during the Cold treatment process.
Main Tasks:
• One year certificate from college or technical school; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excel Spreadsheet software and Word, Outlook Word Processing software, SAP.
• High level computer literacy with excellent data analytical skills, statistical analysis programs.
