Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Logistics Coordinator to manage the day-to-day logistics operations, ensuring cost-efficiency and timely delivery. This role is crucial in managing international shipments, documentation, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Manage all logistics activities, including planning, tracking, and transportation coordination.
• Prepare delivery schedules and update relevant departments.
• Handle import/export documentation (e.g., commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading).
• Investigate lost or damaged products and propose resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and use appropriate Incoterms.
• Coordinate bookings with customers and freight forwarders.
• Submit shipping instructions and update shipment data in the system.
• Address daily inquiries from customers and resolve shipment-related issues.
• Recommend the best freight options based on performance and cost.
• Plan and track shipments based on customer requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in international logistics or shipping coordination.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Attention to detail and knowledge of export/import regulations.
• Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office.
