About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Co-ordinator to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.

As an Elders Rural Services Logistics Co-ordinator, you’ll use your organisational skills and attention to detail to manage the efficient movement of goods and materials. You’ll build strong relationships with suppliers, transport providers, internal teams and clients while identifying opportunities to improve processes and delivery outcomes. Supported by a well established network, you’ll have access to the tools, systems and guidance needed to grow your career and succeed in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the transport of bulk fertiliser from port to farm, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Organising and schedule on-farm deliveries in line with client requirements and operational priorities.
  • Maintain accurate and consistent records including inventory movements and freight documentation.
  • Communicate regularly with clients, transport providers, and internal teams to provide updates and resolve issues.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers, suppliers, and clients to support efficient operations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company procedures across all logistics activities.

  • Are comfortable and thrive in a collaborative working environment

  • Have technical seasonal and rural products knowledge to support clients
  • Have an ability to provide a high level of customer service and cultivate relationships with current and future clients and suppliers
  • Analytical thinking skills with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
