Industry: Food & Beverage

Location: Malta

Basis: Full time

Remuneration: Salary

Main Duties:

• Support finished goods inventory control, including physical stock takes
• Issue and amend product return notes using company software
• Route daily orders, allocate truck loads, and issue dispatch paperwork
• Reconcile delivery truck documents and perform periodic spot checks
• Assist with forklift, fleet, and system maintenance administration
• Document returned products, empties, and pallets, flagging any discrepancies
• Verify picked orders and inspect trucks before final loading
• Generate and analyze regular operational reports and documentation
• Retrieve and securely organize archived documents and files

What skills do you need?

• Minimum of Ordinary Level standard of education
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Experience in logistics or related fields is an asset
• Required to work on shift work

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
