In this role, you will report to a Manager and be responsible for providing clerical and administrative support to warehouse operations to ensure the efficient flow of inventory, shipments, and documentation. You will work 1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 3:30pm and will be paid weekly at $21.53 per hour.

How you create impact

• Process and maintain warehouse documentation, including shipping, receiving, and inventory records
• Enter, update, and verify data in warehouse management systems and spreadsheets
• Coordinate with warehouse associates, carriers, and customers regarding shipment status and documentation
• Prepare reports, labels, bills of lading, and other shipping-related documents
• Monitor inventory transactions and assist with inventory control activities
• Respond to customer and internal inquiries related to orders, shipments, and inventory
• Ensure inbound and outbound shipment documentation is accurate and complete
• Maintain organized files and records in accordance with company procedures
• Assist with cycle count reconciliation and inventory investigations as needed
• Support daily warehouse operations by performing general administrative and clerical duties

What we would like you to bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of clerical, administrative, customer service, or warehouse support experience
• Experience working in a warehouse, distribution, logistics, or transportation environment preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook
• Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or similar inventory systems preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
