What you can look forward to as Logistics Business Analyst:

• You will be the second level SAP EWM support for operations — analyzing blocked deliveries, miniload-SAP interface errors, stuck handling units, and other challenges that make every day feel like detective work.
• You will maintain warehouse-specific master data and local SAP configuration (putaway indicators, replenishment parameters, ABC classification, packaging specifications, weight tolerances, and more).
• You will analyze data from existing process flows and propose where and how to improve them — your findings will directly shape how work is done in the warehouse.
• You will join local digital transformation projects in various roles (product owner, project leader) — depending on what the project needs.
• You will drive the Smart Factory concept on site — an interdisciplinary approach to digitalization and automation.
• You will work with AI tools (Claude, GPT, Copilot, Gemini) as everyday companions — from analysis through documentation to prototyping simple models.
• You will support testing, release processes, and training of users after successful implementation.
• In contact with colleagues from other countries — you will use English every day with us.

Your Profile as Logistics Business Analyst:

• Education in engineering, logistics, business management, or a related technical field (ideally university degree).
• Experience with WMS systems, preferably SAP EWM.
• Experience and passion for working with AI tools (Claude, GPT, Copilot, Gemini) — ability to build your own simple models is a plus.
• Detailed knowledge of end-to-end warehouse processes.
• Ability to recognize complex connections between processes and think in context.
• Creativity and a progressive mindset — you enjoy trying new things and asking "what if?".
• Strong interpersonal skills — you will work daily with team leaders and operations managers, and it matters that they come away feeling good about it.
• Experience with ERP/WMS transitions is an advantage.
• Advanced knowledge of English and Czech.
• Time flexibility.
