We are looking for a Logistics Associate to support our global logistics operations on a 3-month temporary contract, with the possibility of a 3-month extension. In this role, you will assist with shipment coordination, tracking, documentation and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to gain hands-on experience and develop within logistics and supply chain operations. You will work closely with our logistics team and contribute to ensuring efficient and timely delivery of shipments worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Support daily logistics operations and shipment coordination
Track shipments and follow up on delivery status
Prepare and maintain transport documentation
Coordinate with warehouses, suppliers, carriers and internal stakeholders
Support customs and shipping documentation processes
Update reports and logistics data in Excel and internal systems
Assist the logistics team with operational and administrative tasks
Help ensure shipments are delivered on time and according to established procedures

Microsoft Outlook and Teams
Excel - comfortable working with data
Internal ERP and Transport Management Systems (training provided)
Qualifications
0–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, customer service, administration or a related field
Relevant education within logistics, supply chain, business administration, or similar is an advantage
Vocational education/trade certificate (fagbrev) in logistics is welcomed
Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized
Good communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and customer-focused approach to supporting internal and external stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
English language skills, written and verbal
Nice to Have
Experience from logistics, transport, warehouse operations, customer service or administration
Exposure to ERP, TMS or similar systems
Basic understanding of transportation and supply chain processes
