Job Description

Job Purpose

The Inventory Executive is responsible for maintaining daily warehouse operations and ensure inventory accuracy. The role ensures inventory data accuracy and consistency across system, and in charge of daily cycle count, inventory transfer, BOM repacking plan, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

1. Inventory Control & Exception Handling

  • Perform daily cycle counts and support the resolution of stock count variances.
  • Support routine inventory movements, BOM activities, and inventory adjustment execution.
  • Monitor stock shelf life and aging, take follow up actions based on established procedures.

2. Item Master Maintenance

  • Support item creation and catalogue maintenance across system.

3. Inventory Reporting and Month-End Closing

  • Prepare inventory reports and inventory health dashboards.
  • Prepare warehouse capacity report and operation performance dashboards.

Person Specifications

Academic & Technical Skills

  • Academic background in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Operations, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, logistics, or data handling.
  • Experience using ERP or WMS systems is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI.
  • Good English reading and writing for work.
  • Experience in retail, FMCG, beauty, or luxury industries is a plus.
