About This Role
This role supports a wide variety of logistics functions with an emphasis on kitting, shipping, receiving and daily inventory control. This is a fully onsite position in Providence, RI.

What You’ll Do
• Perform physical inventory counts and ensure accurate placement of accepted inventory in designated storage locations. Complete all related transactions in the Inventory Control System.
• Receive incoming packages, verify packing slips, and manage loading and unloading of deliveries. Distribute packages to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of shipping and receiving docks.
• Manage all shipping and receiving activities for packages.
• Organize and maintain warehouse and dock areas to ensure operational efficiency.
• Inspect incoming items for damage and report discrepancies promptly.
• Conduct inventory and supply counts as requested, ensuring accurate system updates.
• Prepare kits for work orders and material requests using the warehouse management system.
• Assemble kits for cleanroom operations as required.
• Assist with loading and unloading deliveries as needed.

Required Qualifications
• Basic knowledge of logistics operations in a non-regulated environment.
• Proficiency with computer systems and applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent manual dexterity and ability to handle materials safely.
• Ability to multitask and manage a diverse range of responsibilities.
• Collaborative mindset with experience working in cross-functional teams.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience.

• Forklift Experience
