We are looking for a talented and accomplished Logistics Assistant to join our team.

As a Logistics Assistant, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Administrative responsibilities concerning IT asset management (check-in and check-out of loaned equipment inventory through WASP and generating equipment documents via DocuSign)
• Receive and inspect incoming equipment, including logging and verifying contents against respective documents
• Assemble IT equipment, prepare shipping packages and facilitate equipment movement
• Manage the movement of equipment and goods between different locations and users including generating shipment documents
• Liaise with courier vendors to coordinate the delivery or return of equipment or goods as required
• Manage the company’s IT equipment storage rooms and ensure that all assets are properly placed
• Follow-up on pending deliveries and returns
• Prepare reports on equipment movement, inventory status and any relevant logistics metrics
• Follow up on daily tickets related to the day-to-day operation

To succeed in the role, you will need to have:

• Proficient English and Greek language level ( C1 and above)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• MS office skills
• Ability to work as team member in an extremely fast-paced environment
• Cooperate with multiple departments within the company
• Knowledge of and experience in the contact center industry (not mandatory)
• Comfortable with communicating with individuals at all levels, inside and outside of the organization. (e.g. employees, providers etc.)
• Ability to identify and prioritize activities, problem-solving and analytical skills utilizing available resources
• Prior experience in Logistics will be considered an asset
• Be located in Athens, Greece (office based position)
