
We are seeking a hands-on Logistics Assistant with a strong operational and maintenance background to support exhibition setup, stand build-up supervision, and inventory management.
Support event build-up and dismantling operations
Supervise stand installation and on-site setup activities
Assist in carpentry, minor maintenance, and technical adjustments
Manage event inventory and equipment tracking
Conduct on-site inspections during exhibitions
Coordinate with contractors and suppliers
Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
Assist in warehouse organization and stock control
Drive company vehicle when required
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in operations/logistics
Background in carpentry or maintenance preferred
Knowledge of exhibition stand building is an advantage
Physically fit and energetic
Willing to work long hours during events
Strong teamwork and supervision skills
