Position Logistic Assistant

Report to: Logistic Director Manager Japan

Working Location Tokyo Office / Hybrid

Who You Are:

You are a dynamic, collaborative professional with a positive mindset and strong communication skills. With a deep understanding of logistics and supply chain management, you possess the agility to adapt to change, while demonstrating the ability to take initiative and drive improvements. Your experience with 3PL/4PL providers, as well as with global transportation and export/import operations, makes you a key player in managing and optimizing logistics functions for the business. Your focus on results, operational efficiency, and the ability to nurture strong relationships with stakeholders make you a valuable team member.

What You'll Do:

  • Invoice Management and Vendor Communication
    • Review, organize, and manage logistics-related invoices
    • Communicate with vendors regarding invoice details, discrepancies, and confirmations
    • Support internal invoice processing and documentation flow
  • Material Ordering Support
    • Prepare and process material purchase orders
    • Track order status and follow up with vendors as necessary
  • Data Entry and Data Collection
    • Input and update logistics-related data accurately
    • Assist in collecting data for internal reports and analysis
  • Customs Documentation Filing
    • Organize and maintain import/export customs documents
    • Ensure documents are properly filed and easily retrievable
  • Logistics Team Support
    • Provide day-to-day administrative support to logistics team members
    • Assist during peak periods or when additional support is required
    • Oversee domestic transportation for all Capri Holdings-related goods, including import operations and customs clearance.
    • Assist day-to-day ERP system operations for each brands.

You'll Need to Have:

  • Experience in an administrative, assistant, or operations support role
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Business-level proficiency in English is a plus
