As a Logistics Application Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in the daily operation, support, and continuous improvement of our NYCE WMS and Relex Supply Chain Planning solutions. You will serve as the dedicated 2nd Level Support Specialist for business-critical warehouse and supply chain processes, acting as the vital link between the business, vendors, the Service Desk, and Group IT Application Support.
Your work will be essential in ensuring that our warehouse and logistics operations run smoothly, efficiently, and reliably every day.
As a Logistics Application Operations Specialist, you will play a central role in ensuring stable operations and delivering high-quality 2nd Level Support for our NYCE WMS and Relex Supply Chain Planning solutions. Success in this role is about more than resolving day-to-day issues. It’ss about building specialist expertise, developing strong relationships, and continuously improving the solutions that support our business-critical logistics processes.
You will be part of Group IT and report to the Head of Standard Application Services. You will join a team focused on delivering stable operations, high service quality, and the continuous development of our business-critical applications.
In your daily work, you will collaborate closely with colleagues across Warehouse Operations, Supply Chain Planning & Supply Chain Management, IT Service Desk, and Group IT Application Support. You will also work closely with our external application vendors on support activities, issue resolution, releases, and improvement initiatives.
You have experience within application support and enjoy working at the intersection of business and IT. You are motivated by solving complex challenges, creating structure, and ensuring stable solutions in an environment where operational excellence and continuous improvement go hand in hand.
