Job Description

1. Sales & Business Development

1.1 Plan and execute new business development for Facility Management (FM) services and Energy Saving projects within WHA Logistics areas and WHA Industrial Development (WHAID).

1.2 Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients (Key Account Management) to retain revenue and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

1.3 Study clients’ business operations and processes to design FM and Energy Saving solutions that meet both business and technical requirements.

1.4 Work closely with MEP / Energy engineering teams to arrange site surveys, collect technical data, and support the development of preliminary energy-saving solutions.

1.5 Prepare proposals and presentation materials in Thai and/or English, as appropriate.

1.6 Present proposals and project solutions to client executives, procurement teams, and project committees in both one-on-one and group meetings.

2. Sales Process Management & Tracking

2.1 Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead/opportunity generation, quotation preparation, technical and commercial clarifications, negotiation, and deal closing.

2.2 Manage the sales pipeline and sales tracking to ensure up-to-date information, and prepare sales opportunity reports, revenue forecasts, and project status updates for management.

2.3 Coordinate with Tender, Commercial, Legal, and Finance teams to prepare bidding documents, contracts, and commercial terms in a complete and timely manner.

3. Coordination & Customer Care

3.1 Coordinate with Operations, FM, and Project teams to ensure smooth project handover and service delivery in accordance with the agreed scope, SLA, and timeline after deal closure.

3.2 Monitor customer satisfaction after service commencement and proactively drive contract renewals, service improvements, and additional service or area expansion.

3.3 Collect customer feedback and communicate insights to internal teams to continuously improve FM and Energy solutions in line with market needs.

4. Market Analysis & Strategy

4.1 Continuously research market trends, competitors, and developments in Facility Management, Energy Saving, Smart Warehouse, and related technical solutions.

4.2 Propose sales campaigns and customer acquisition strategies in collaboration with the manager and marketing team.

5. Other Responsibilities

5.1 Perform other administrative or management-related tasks as assigned by the Director.
