Pay Range: $48,000 - $80,000. The salary range for this position is determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, experience, qualifications, skill level, and location. The final salary offer will be commensurate with the candidate’s background and the specific demands of the role.

Responsibilities

Work Schedule:Monday - Friday, 9 hours including lunchFlexibility to meet mission requirements requiredFrequent travel required Job Specific Position Duties: The duties include, but are not limited to, executing, coordinating, facilitating, and managing the operations of military medical Materiel Fielding activities across the globe. The Contractor shall:

  • Provide support to PM-SMD Fielding Missions.
  • Execute Pre-Fielding Mission Requirements for on-site and remote missions.
  • Conduct and provide technical guidance for de-processing, staging, inventory, and hand-off of materiel to gaining units.
  • Conduct inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies during hand-off.
  • Prepare and complete inventory documentation ensuring accuracy for materiel accountability on supporting inventory records.
  • Provide planning data and reports for specific tasks to be performed.
  • Provide team representatives for meetings, briefings, conferences, and site surveys required in the planning of fielding actions with no more than 72 hours’ notice.
  • Prepare and provide analysis and recommendations to improve fielding processes upon request.
  • Execution of Post-Fielding Mission Requirements.
  • Execute all Materiel Fielding missions efficiently and in compliance with all regulatory guidance.
  • Perform frequent travel
  • Perform other duties as needed and/or assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

* Education: Associates Degree or equivalent experience; proficiency with Microsoft Office suite

* Experience: Desired 1+ years relevant experience; valid state driver's license

* Physical: must be able to lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds; frequent standing, walking, bending for extended periods of time

* Security: Must possess ability to obtain and maintain a Government security clearance;

Preferred Qualifications:

* 4 years relevant experience

* Experience managing an inventory list

* Military background
