Opportunity Overview

  • Analyze transportation, warehousing, and distribution data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Monitor logistics performance metrics including delivery performance, freight cost, inventory movement, and service levels.
  • Support inbound and outbound logistics activities to ensure timely material availability and customer deliveries.
  • Develop and maintain logistics reports, dashboards, and performance indicators.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve shipment issues, transportation delays, and operational disruptions.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, and third-party logistics providers.
  • Support import and export compliance activities in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Evaluate logistics processes and recommend solutions that improve efficiency, quality, and cost performance.
  • Participate in supply chain optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure accurate system transactions and data integrity within ERP and logistics management systems.
  • Assist with forecasting transportation requirements and capacity planning activities.
  • Support cross-functional projects related to new product introductions, business growth, and operational excellence.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or operations analysis.
  • Knowledge of import/export processes, customs regulations, and international logistics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
  • Experience working with ERP systems and supply chain processes.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Continuous improvement experience utilizing Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and distribution planning concepts.
