For our Global Warehouse and Distribution Medical we are looking for a Logistics Analyst (d/f/m) to support our team as soon as possible.
Review and improve (IT) processes and system interfaces as well as support in SAP topics
Control IDCs and external providers performance (warehousing, transport, End-to-end review, OTIF) via KPIs and reporting
Analyses trends , service and warehouse related KPIs as well as customer complaints and ensures corrective actions are identified and implemented
Drives continues improvement of processes with 3PLs and internal stakeholders
Support in logistics projects and implementation of new processes, new customer requirements or new markets
Coordinates inbound and outbound flows within Europe in close collaboration with markets, customer service and 3PL

4-6 years of relevant work experience
Good knowledge of logistics, warehousing or transportation topics
Affinity for IT, software and process design/implementation as well as good knowledge of SAP modules SD & MM and Microsoft Excel
Experience in cross-system interfacing SAP <> 3PL and IDocs data exchange
Analytical skills for data analysis and personal initiative to learn and grow
Strategic thinking and understanding of business contexts / business processes
Proactively addressing problems and tackling them together with a diverse and international set of stakeholders
Fluent, clear and proactive communication in English, any other language is a plus
