Opportunity Overview

• Assist in the management of the Taiwan Parts Service and Logistics Operations

• Liaise with 3rd party logistics (3PL) vendors for warehousing, local distribution, international freight movement of parts to customers

• Responsible for tracking shipments/orders ensuring they met defined KPIs, if not to reflect accurate root causes

• Act as key interface for both internal and external customer providing day-to-day logistics support

• Answering to both internal and external customer's inquiries and complaints

• Managing deliveries in the most optimum manner

• Ensure all transactions are accurately followed in the system in a timely manner, fulfilling system and process integrity

• Manage regional freight vendors including, rate negotiation and shipment issues resolution

• Liaise with customers on customers’ logistics requirements, issues and escalation

• Handle local compliance matters to ensure compliance to U.S. and Taiwan regulatory policies

• Undertake and lead logistics projects for Asia Warehousing

• Coordinate the repair & return process with customers, parts centers, repair centers and transportation vendors

• Support Planning group for local sourcing, including purchase inventory, create Gandalf work order and receipt of goods

• Liaise with 3rd party logistics (3PL) vendors for warehousing, local distribution, international freight movement of parts to customers

• KPI management

• SOP review and management

• Regular operations review and resolution

• Billing verification

All About You

  • Degree in Business, Logistics or related field
  • >5 years of order or logistics management experience
  • Oracle system, Reflection for UNIX experience is a distinct plus
  • Good customer service skills with high level of business integrity
  • Ability to work on own initiative and under pressure in order to achieve deadline.
  • Knowledge of international trade, logistics process, customs clearance.
  • Knowledge of word processing software and Excel preferred and understanding of relevant computer software applications.
  • Convey information clearly and effectively both written and verbal in English.
  • Strong problem solving skills on unexpected occurrences.
  • Must demonstrate strong aptitude for customer service.
