As a Logistics Analyst, you will partner with the Digital Excellence team to evaluate, develop, and strengthen logistics processes that support our unique business needs. This role will involve significant work within SAP, using system data and process insights to identify opportunities, improve workflows, and support the successful implementation of new and enhanced logistics processes.

This role will support our Hudson distribution center.


What You Will Do

  • Identify and analyze logistics system and process inefficiencies.
  • Lead or support process improvement initiatives that increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with global teams to resolve issues and standardize best practices.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop, test, and validate new logistics processes before implementation.
  • Ensure logistics processes comply with internal controls and external regulations.
  • Proactively identify and prioritize improvement opportunities with measurable impact, such as cost savings, cycle time reduction, or error reduction.
  • Successfully implement major process improvements including clear documentation and stakeholder training.
  • Build strong working relationships with global partners to ensure timely resolution of cross-regional issues.
  • Communicate progress, results, and next steps to relevant stakeholders on a regular basis.


Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Strong experience working in SAP
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with other teams

  • Previous experience in continuous improvement efforts
