MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Logistics Analyst to join our team working in Crane, IN. This will be an onsite position.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Support the project management team with monthly spend plan documentation deliverables
Prepare documentation (daily, weekly and monthly) for material procurements using internal processes and systems
Perform all activities involved in the management of material procurement to include tracking cost by job numbers, monitoring budget expenditures, tracking delivery dates and notifying the receiving party when materials are delivered
Update material tracking database in a timely and accurate manner so that it can be accurately used to provide immediate material and funding status to the customer in real time
Coordinate with material buyers and project/program personnel to ensure all required documentation is received for processing of purchase requisitions/orders
Provide quality assurance reviews of all acquisition related documentation drafted to ensure compliance and completion in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)
Review and verify quantities received against BOMs (bill of materials), PO (purchase orders), and shipping documents
Research materials, vendors, procuring equipment in support of projects and send RFQs to vendors to obtain pricing
Receive and ship materials to vendors or government entities; prepare government DD Form 1149 documents as necessary
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent education
5+ years of logistics experience
Experience using the Microsoft suite to include excel, word, and SharePoint
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in any discipline
Experience in DoD procurement
Experience with Costpoint
Clearance Requirements:
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Physical Requirements:
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
