Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Logistics Analyst. The position will be based at our Greenwood or Hodges, SC facility.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $56000 - $83000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

The Shipping Analyst supports Shipping and Customer Service operations by analyzing shipment issues, resolving shipping errors, and developing standard work to improve accuracy, delivery performance, and customer satisfaction. This role acts as a key liaison between Shipping, Customer Service, and internal partners to investigate discrepancies, correct system and carrier errors, and prevent repeat issues through documentation and process improvements.
Job Responsibilities:
• Analyze and resolve shipping errors, including mis-shipments, shortages, overages, delayed deliveries, and carrier exceptions
• Support the Customer Service team by researching shipment discrepancies and providing timely, accurate resolution details
• Investigate root causes of shipping issues using warehouse data, carrier tracking, and system transactions
• Execute real-time corrections in shipping, ERP, or transportation systems as required
• Develop, document, and maintain standard work instructions for shipping processes and issue resolution
• Partner with Shipping, Customer Service, Planning, and Warehouse teams to drive corrective and preventive actions
• Monitor shipment accuracy trends and communicate risks, repeat issues, and improvement opportunities to leadership
• Ensure shipping documentation, labels, and system data align with physical shipments
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on shipping accuracy, efficiency, and customer experience
