MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Logistics Analyst II to join our vehicle sustainment team. This position is remote The selected candidate will provide maintenance support to multiple families of vehicles globally on the Allied Logistics Engineering Capabilities Sustainment (ALECS) program.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for assisting more senior positions and/or performing functional duties under the oversight of more senior positions supporting logistics efforts.
  • Analyze and coordinate the logistical functions
  • Record, maintain and initiate work order documentation for acquisition of component items form vendors.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or guidance.
  • Packing, shipping, receiving transportation of parts, items and equipment.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma and 7 years of experience.
  • For U.S Army support, Supply personnel shall have a minimum of one year experience in the use or Enterprise Logistics Management System (ELMS) GCSS-A or DOD equivalent to ensure military supply system proficiency and managing inventory and maintenance records with out requiring basic software training.
  • Up to 25% Travel Required.
  • Ability to successfully pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening; must possess a Valid Driver’s License for the location in which the work will be performed, a High School Diploma or GED, and a Passport valid for at least one year beyond the start date.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Defense Logistics Software: 2+ years of hands-on experience with automated government logistics systems such as ELMS (Enterprise Logistics Management System), GCSS-A (Global Combat Support System - Army), or CMPro (Configuration Management Professional).
  • Familiarity with Mantech logistical systems is preferred. IE LogMASTRE

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance prior to starting this position.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to balance, bend, carry, crouch, stretch and kneel.
  • Must be able to push, pull, and reach.
  • Must be able to work with computers and CRTs, and type on a computer keyboard


The projected compensation range for this position is $42,300.00-$71,300.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
