  Upload shipment documentation to the relevant shipment files within the system.

  Follow up on outstanding loading documentation.

  Maintain accurate records and filing of logistics documentation.

  Capture container loading details accurately in the ERP/export system.
• 
  Verify that the correct pallets have been loaded.
• 
  Create customs documentation and packing lists.
• 
  Capture and maintain temperature monitor information.
• 
  File loading documentation and loading photographs.
• 
  Ensure all relevant shipment fields and records are accurately maintained in the system.

• 
  Create and process purchase orders.
• 
  Review, reconcile, and process supplier and service provider invoices.

• 
  Assist the Freight Manager and logistics team with various logistics-related administrative tasks.
• 
  Support operational activities as required to ensure efficient export processes.

Requirements

• 
  Grade 12 / Senior Certificate / Matric.
• 
  Minimum 2 years' experience within the fruit industry.
• 
  Minimum 2 years' experience working on ERP and/or export systems.

• 
  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• 
  Knowledge of the fruit export industry.
• 
  Understanding of export processes and documentation.
• 
  Experience working with ERP and export management systems.
• 
  Professional and effective email communication skills.

• 
  Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• 
  Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
