主要工作內容:
- 負責日常客戶聯繫、訂單的處理，包括訂單交期確認、運費預估等。
- 物流安排，提供運輸相關的文件，確保貨物符合海關法規及客戶文件要求。
- 與供應商、運輸公司及內部各部門協作，確保物流作業的協調與順利運行。
- 監控物流過程，解決運輸過程中出現的問題或延遲情況。
- 應收帳款對帳及催收 ，物流費用申請。
人才需具備條件:
- 學歷要求：大學以上學歷，國際貿易或相關科系。
- 經驗要求：具備 2年以上國際貿易、外銷客戶服務或進出口多角貿易相關工作經驗者且知悉國際貿易高科技管制法規。
- 技能能力：熟悉進出口流程，具備文件處理與報表製作能力，熟練操作MS Office 及SAP 使用經驗尤佳
- 語文能力：英語聽說讀寫可（需與國際客戶溝通），具備其他外語能力者尤佳。
- 其他特質：細心且具責任感，擅長溝通協調，能在快節奏的環境中保持高效率與良好抗壓能力。 流程數位化及AI自動化有經驗者尤佳。
