Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of routine and some non routine clerical/administrative activities within the Supply Chain function. Functional areas may include one or more of the following: distribution, inventory control, logistics, planning, transportation, warehouse and update data on the daily shipment
• Execute or improve plans that balance safety, quality, service, cost, and inventory outcomes.
• Resolve operational issues through structured problem solving and cross-functional coordination.
• Ensure all local shipment could be executed properly in field and System perspective (EBS)
• Managing administrative of Export operation
• Verify all export document to ensure comply with government regulation
• Manage filing and documentation of export process
• Minimization of error, zero delays and to maximize productivity in term of export process
• Coordinating with 3rd party for executing export process
• Creating COO for export process

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Logistics, Suply Chain Management, Transportation Management or any major
• Proficiency in microsoft excell
• Minimum 1 year experiences as officer, in freight forwarding/logistic business
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Able to work under pressure and target oriented
• Basic English skill is a must
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang
