Job Description

Are you a bilingual logistics professional who enjoys keeping time-sensitive shipments moving? In this hands-on role, you will coordinate international air export shipments from airline booking and documentation through tracking and final delivery.

What You Will Do

  • Coordinate shipping, collection, pickup, and delivery activities for general cargo.
  • Book cargo space with airlines, obtain destination approval, and prepare accurate export documents, including AWB, HAWB, MAWB, manifests, invoices, and packing lists.
  • Track shipments and respond quickly to discrepancies, damage, offloads, flight cancellations, or delays.
  • Keep customers, airlines, destination teams, drivers, and internal departments informed throughout the shipment lifecycle.
  • Maintain accurate shipment records in SAP and internal systems, including costs, tracking, and proof of delivery.
  • Coordinate returns or disposal and support loading, unloading, pickups, or deliveries when needed.

What You Bring

  • At least one year of experience in logistics, operations, shipping, or customer service.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organization, problem-solving, follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; SAP experience is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work fully on-site, occasionally work outside regular hours, and travel if needed.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Logistics Coordinator or early-career logistics professional to build hands-on experience in international air cargo, export documentation, airline coordination, customer communication, and SAP-based shipment management.
