1. Leading, coaching and developing operative team of "Central Material Planning" and "LOG Supplier Mgt." at Bejing.
2. Set up/optimize long term material plan according to market FC/consumption/capacity, effective negotiation with supplier to ensure material prepation and capacity reservation.
3. Escalation management (second level) in case of supplier delivery issues (functional support by PkP MRP planning manager).
4. Responsible for KPIs and targets defined by DC-MH Central Logistics.
5. Responsible for related material project to optimize supply chain and improve supplier delivery performance.
6. Supplier management, annual logistics agreement (consignment stock, SA, LT, EDI, TLV, supplier evaluation, etc).
- Bachelor degree, Major in Mechanical, trading or Logistic preferred / 本科学历,机械,贸易或物流专业优先
- Profound knowledge and experience in MRP II/SAP, MM. lean logistic, Pull System (incl. Kanban and Supermarket),
- Familiar with MS OFFICE, good at PC skill and good knowledge in SAP material planning
- Fluent in Mandarin, logical and Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) thinking
- Fluent in both written and spoken English / 英语书面及口语表达流畅
- Team leading skills and minimum 3 years of team leading experience
- Open personality, team spirit and active communication skills / 性格开朗,有团队精神和良好的沟通能力
