Logistics operator

Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for managing human and physical resources to ensure raw materials to production and the distribution of the finished products to customers. Takes care of logistics form the reception of the raw material to the delivery of the finished product.

• Manage raw material and finished product and warehouseห
• Responsible for inventory control of warehouses
• Responsible for supplying direct and indirect materials to the production area.
• Responsible for shipping the goods in time manner in order for the customers to receive the goods as scheduled.
• Deals and negotiates with freight forwarder, and customer brokers
• Load and unloads trucks
• Prepare shipping documents, cooperates with sale, accounting and BOI dept'

Qualification:

• Male or Female
• At least Secondary school diploma – University degree
• Experience 2-3 years in supply chain and warehouse management, Import -Export
• Understanding of Shipping needs / logistics coordination, ability to coordinate with freight forwarders and internal teams
• Prefer experience Logistics in Manufacturing Industry
• Skill: MRP: LN, INCOTERMS, Shipping document, ISO 9001, dealing with shipping companies
• Good command of English with TOEFL: B2
• Flexible and hand on person
• Forklift driving license is required
• Self-motivated, with leadership capability and a positive working attitude
