Job Description

Ecolab is seeking a Lead Operational Lead. Lead logistic operations , including inventory management, warehousing, transportation, order processing, and inbound-outbound operations/planning, as well as ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards. Provides leadership role with logistics team, supply chain peers, internal stakeholders, as well as business colleagues. Develops and mentors team members, promotes full employee engagement, and implements performance-based monitoring to enhance productivity & digitalization. Collaborates on network design, sets and monitors KPIs, and reports on site performance to drive accountability and operational excellence.

Education/Work experience:

• Degree in Engineering in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Transportation, Business, or Economics
• Having min 3 years of experience in logistics and transportation,
• Strong leadership and familiar with logistics operations for chemical handling
• Strong experience on improving logistics operation on warehouse operations, improving inventory accuracy, productivity, driving continuous improvement and having high capability on ERP SAP system
• Strong knowledge on establishes right working procedure and implementation on ground logistics operations and Transportation
• Strong in project management skills, data analytics and fluent in English
