In this role, you will join our Supply Chain team and play a key part in ensuring smooth material flow between Emerson and external subcontractors, while supporting inventory accuracy, stock optimization, and operational excellence. Working closely with Logistics, Planning, Purchasing, Warehouse Operations, Quality, and Production teams, you will help maintain efficient inventory processes, coordinate subcontracting activities, investigate discrepancies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This is a hands-on individual contributor role reporting to the Logistics Manager, offering the opportunity to make a direct impact on business performance through analytical thinking, collaboration, and problem-solving. The role is aligned with key success factors including material flow, inventory accuracy, stock optimization, inventory parameter management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The total compensation salary range for this role is 30.000 to 40.000 EUR annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
