• 
  Coordinate logistics for project equipment, materials, and supplies, including transportation, customs clearance, port handling, transshipment, and site delivery.
• 
  Liaise with freight forwarders, transporters, and service providers, and monitor shipment progress and issues.
• 
  Assist in coordinating port, warehousing, and site logistics to align with project schedules.
• 
  Prepare and maintain logistics documentation such as bills of lading, packing lists, transport records, and delivery confirmations.
• 
  Assist in logistics cost tracking, record keeping, and basic analysis.
• 
  Coordinate with purchasing, engineering, and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely logistics information.
• 
  Perform other logistics and project support duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 
  1–3 years of logistics experience.
• 
  Knowledge of logistics processes, transportation, and documentation management.
• 
  Strong communication skills with the ability to execute tasks and handle multiple responsibilities.
• 
  Proficient in basic office software for documentation and data management.
• 
  Proficient in
  both Chinese and English,
  as mainly import from China.
• 
  Willing to relocate to Sipitang, Sabah. Accommodation and three meals are provided.
