Logistic Executive (Singaporean/PR)

Location: West Side

Salary: S$3500-S$4000 with allowance

We are seeking a Logistic Executive to join a reputable manufacturing company. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating shipping and logistics operations, ensuring timely delivery performance, and managing shipping documentation in compliance with operational and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Handle inbound and outbound shipment arrangements
• 
  Ensure timely and accurate delivery fulfillment for internal and external customers
• 
  Coordinate with freight forwarders, suppliers, vendors, shipping agents, and internal departments
• 
  Prepare and manage full sets of shipping documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, delivery orders, certificates of origin, insurance documents, and Letter of Credit (LC) documentation
• 
  Monitor shipment status and update delivery schedules in the system
• 
  Support freight cost control and logistics performance monitoring
• 
  Coordinate with Finance on shipping payments, invoicing, warranty matters, and LC negotiation
• 
  Prepare logistics activity and expense reports for management review
• 
  Attend logistics and supply chain meetings as required
• 
  Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and procedures

Requirements

• 
  Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related disciplines
• 
  Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in shipping, freight forwarding, or logistics operations
• 
  Experience using ERP, AX, or related systems is an advantage
• 
  Knowledge of Letter of Credit (LC) documentation is preferred
• 
  Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• 
  Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
