Could you be the full-time Logistics Coordinator in Nigel we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your logistics and supply chain expertise in a cutting-edge and dynamic field. You’ll work alongside supportive and innovative teammates.
You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth material flows, on-time deliveries, and inventory accuracy. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Material Planning, Procurement, Warehouse Operations, and more), coordinate with external partners like suppliers and logistics providers, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
You’ll specifically take care of aligning physical material movements with ERP system transactions, but also monitor shipments, delivery schedules, and logistics KPIs.
We’ll look to you for:
Ensuring compliance with Alstom’s Health, Safety, and Environmental policies
Coordinating inbound, outbound, receiving, storage, dispatch, and return activities
Optimizing warehouse layouts and transportation flows
Supporting inventory control activities, including cycle counts and stock reconciliation
Maintaining alignment between physical flows and system data
Collaborating with internal teams and external logistics partners to address operational challenges
Managing third-party logistics (3PL) performance, KPIs, and contracts when applicable
Promoting recycling activities and sustainable packaging initiatives

Formal qualification in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Industrial fields
Experience of at least 3 years in logistics, warehousing, transport, material planning, or supply chain operations
ERP working knowledge (experience with SAP WM and IM modules is a plus)
Good communication, coordination, and attention to detail
Strong problem-solving and risk management skills
Agility, inclusivity, and a responsible mindset
A methodical and organized approach to daily logistics activities
Fluency in English (mandatory)
