Logistic Coordinator Poland (m/f/d)

In this role, you will coordinate logistics operations between beeline Logistics and our logistics partner in Poland (Wrocław), ensuring smooth communication, stable processes, and efficient day-to-day operations.

This is what you'll be doing with us:

• Monitor daily logistics operations and on-site activities
• Coordinate communication between beeline GmbH and our logistics partner in Wrocław
• Verify shipment completion and resolve operational issues
• Monitor KPIs and prepare operational reports
• Support process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
• Contribute to the development and stabilization of operational processes
  
  

What we are looking for:

• Experience in operational logistics and warehouse operations
• Experience working with logistics service providers / 3PL partners
• Good understanding of logistics processes and ERP/WMS/TMS systems
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Very good command of German and communicative English
• Please provide your resume in English
