Key Responsibility

  • Contract creation for material and import plan as the given plan to adapt with the production plan
  • Handling import documentation for shipment aligned with regulation and company stipulations.
  • Working with related departments on other POs and contract to ensure the import shipments of spare parts/machinery, packing materials aligned with required import plan.
  • Contract and Order management with the team to ensure database are correctly and updated daily.
  • Handling custom managements for all daily declarations and audits and customs requirements.
  • Handling customs liquidation reports and related customs reports quarterly/monthly.
  • Handling C/O procedures for whole factories and FTA’s consultancy if required.
  • Handle contract creation for materials and control the delivery plan/shipping plan as aligned with production plan.
  • Control loading and trucking plan with the team every day to ensure all shipments are loaded and shipped as per OTIF effectively.
  • Handling tolling contract and control the import/export activities under tolling process with related parties/departments.
  • In charges of export procedures for sales rejects if any.Shipment and contract management reports daily/weekly/monthly.
  • Monitor the payment request of orders and logistics charges are completed in time to Vendors.
  • Monitor the logistics costs and to ensure shipment charges are aligned with budgeting or under control.
  • Manage 3P’s performance to ensure that the agreed service level agreement is met.
  • Leading team members to ensure the import-export functions works well with the business objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Required qualification: Bachelor’s degree in International Trade/Logistics & Supply Chain.
  • Required experience: Over 4 years of experience working in an EPE or FDI manufacturing company.
  • Required qualification in Customs regulation: Certificate of customs declaration
  • Extensive knowledge of Vietnam customs regulations, import-export laws, and related products.
  • Required experience: VNACCS/ECUS systems, Ecosys, SAP/ERP, Fiory, for daily Logistics works.
  • Computing: Microsoft Office (Words/Excel/PP file).
  • Language: English fluentlyAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Ability to effectively build relationships across all locations and positions with stakeholders and competent authorities.
  • Interpersonal, analytical thinking skills, Problem Solving & Decision-making skills
