Responsible for developing, coordinating, and executing supply chain plans to ensure optimal inventory levels, timely deliveries, and efficient resource allocation.

This position plays a key role in aligning demand forecasts with production and distribution capabilities.

Your Impact

• Develop and maintain supply and demand plans based on sales forecasts, historical data, and market trends.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure alignment of planning activities.
• Monitor inventory levels and adjust plans to avoid shortages or excess stock.
• Analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Use planning tools and ERP systems to manage data and generate reports and support decision-making with scenario analysis and risk assessments.

Your Experience and Qualifications

• Degree completed or in progress in Logistics or Engineering.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Intermediate English; Portuguese is desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, tables, basic analysis) and ERP systems.
• Strong teamwork, customer focus, problem‑solving skills, sense of urgency, flexibility, and dynamism.
